We take pride in delivering premium products inspired by life on and around the water. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery times, and shipping procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, OSHEN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution when possible.

OSHEN reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be reasonably verified through carrier records, delivery confirmation, or supporting documentation.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Products offered as pre-orders or limited releases may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page when applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the shipment until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Policy Updates

OSHEN reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
